Flip The Card Privacy Policy
Updated 15 October 2026. This policy covers Flip The Card for Android, package app.bhupesh.flipthecard, including the advertising and optional usage analytics update.
Who is responsible
ROGER GROUP LTD (company number 15627758) operates this app. Contact hq@rogergroup.xyz or write to 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Your game and settings
Gameplay, progress and settings run on your device. The app does not send saved game files, photos, messages or other personal content to Roger Group. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local settings and progress.
Advertising
The free app uses Google AdMob for a banner separated from game controls. Google may receive IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or app-set identifiers, device and app information, ad interactions and diagnostics to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. The app checks consent eligibility before requesting ads. Where Google requires a privacy message, your choices are requested through its User Messaging Platform. Ad privacy choices are available from Settings when required. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in device settings.
Existing ad-free purchases
The advertising update checks Google Play for an existing remove_advertisement purchase when you return to the app. Banners stay hidden while ownership is unknown or the check fails, and remain hidden for confirmed owners. Google Play processes the purchase record used for this check. Roger Group does not operate a separate purchase-account server or send purchase tokens to its own analytics events. Donation products do not remove ads.
Optional usage analytics
The updated app asks separately whether you want to share usage analytics through Google Analytics for Firebase. This is off until you choose to enable it. If enabled, Google receives app-instance identifiers, device and app information, screen and session activity, limited game or feature events, and banner performance or revenue information. These reports help us understand which features work and whether advertising performs. Events do not include names, email addresses, saved files or other personal content. We do not enable Google Signals or advertising personalisation through the analytics SDK. Advertising consent and optional usage analytics are separate choices.
You can change usage analytics in Settings at any time. Turning it off stops further collection and resets the local analytics identity. It does not automatically erase data already processed by Google. You can contact us about existing data. Google's retention and deletion controls apply to data already received.
Providers and international processing
Google processes advertising and analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country, under its applicable terms and safeguards. See Google's Privacy Policy and Firebase privacy information. If you follow a link, share content or contact another service through Android, that service's privacy practices apply.
Support and retention
If you email support, we use your address and the information you provide to answer and resolve the request. We keep correspondence only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use support messages for unsolicited marketing. Local preferences remain until removed; Google controls retention of information it receives according to the service and the configured settings.
Your choices and rights
Optional usage analytics relies on your consent, which you can withdraw in Settings. Ad-related storage and personalisation use consent where required. Local game processing provides the features you request; support information helps us respond. You can clear app data, change ad and analytics choices, or contact hq@rogergroup.xyz to request access, correction or deletion, or object where applicable. Rights depend on your location and legal basis. UK users may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We will update this policy when the app's data handling changes.
