Animal Vision Privacy Policy
Effective 15 September 2026. This policy covers Animal Vision: OpenCV Filters on Android (package app.bhupesh.armorking.animalvision).
Who is responsible
ROGER GROUP LTD (company number 15627758) is responsible for this app. You can contact us about privacy at hq@rogergroup.xyz or at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
Photos and camera
The app uses your camera and photos only when you choose to capture, select or edit an image. Filtering runs on your device. We do not upload your camera feed or edited photos to a Roger Group server. If you save a photo, it is stored on your device. If you choose Share, Android sends the selected image to the app or person you choose; their privacy practices then apply. You can delete saved photos using your device's gallery or file tools.
Ads and consent
The free app uses Google AdMob to display a banner on the image-filter screen. Google's advertising software may receive your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), advertising or app-set identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostic information. Google uses this information for ad delivery, measurement and fraud prevention. It does not receive your camera feed or edited photos from us. Ad requests are made only after the app has checked the applicable consent status. A buyer of Lifetime Premium does not receive the banner.
For users in regions where a privacy message is required, the app asks for choices and provides Privacy choices in Settings when available. You can also reset or delete your Android advertising ID in device settings. See Google's Privacy Policy for Google's handling of information.
Purchases and local settings
When checking whether you own Lifetime Premium, the app asks Google Play for the products currently owned by the Google account using Play on your device. We do not receive your payment card information and do not store purchase records on a Roger Group server. Local app preferences, such as filter and usage settings, remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app. Google Play handles the transaction and its own records under Google's Privacy Policy.
Support requests
If you email us for support, we use the address and information you provide to reply and resolve the request. Please do not send sensitive images unless needed for the issue. We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to resolve the request and meet any applicable legal obligations, then delete it. We do not use support messages for unsolicited marketing.
Why we use data and how long it lasts
Image processing and local settings provide the features you request. The purchase check fulfils the Lifetime Premium promise. Support correspondence helps us respond to you. Ads help fund the free app; where law requires consent for ad-related storage or personalised advertising, we ask for it through the app's consent message. In other circumstances, our interest is operating and protecting the free service. Photos and preferences stay on your device until you remove them or clear the app. Google's retention periods for data it receives are described in its policy.
Your choices and rights
You can deny camera or photo access, use the app's Privacy choices option when shown, change advertising-ID settings on Android, remove local photos and app data, or contact us at hq@rogergroup.xyz to ask about data we hold, request a copy or correction, object to processing, or request deletion where applicable. Rights vary by location and legal basis. If you are in the UK, you may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. We may update this policy when the app or its providers change; the effective date above will then be revised.
